A New Jersey man is accused by prosecutors of killing a pedestrian with a bow and arrow in an apparently random attack.

Pablo Criollo, 45, was walking down a sidewalk in Kearny when he was struck by an arrow around 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 20, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement. He was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
