Two people, including a 17-year-old, were injured after being shot minutes apart in separate incidents in Newark on Thursday night, officials said.
A “concerned citizen” drove a man to University Hospital after he was shot shortly before 8:40 p.m. near the corner of Isabella and South Orange avenues, Newark police said.
