A Syosset man accused of attacking a woman near a restaurant Friday night in East Norwich is facing a slew of criminal charges.
Police say Ibrahim Ali, 25, became involved in a disturbance with the 30-year-old victim at the restaurant on Oyster Bay Road. The situation escalated when he dragged her out of the building and pinned her to the ground.
She managed to break free, then ran back into the restaurant and attempted to call 911. Investigators say Ali followed her, took her cellphone and entered his car…
