STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Staten Island Mall is welcoming 10 new tenants to its retail portfolio in 2026 and has announced the renovation and expansion of at least five other stores. According to a representative from GGP, the company that manages the site, leasing activity is on the rise at the New Springville shopping center.
“We love seeing our retailer partners allocating their hard-earned capital into the malls they have and continue to believe in for the long run,” noted the rep from GGP, which recently rebranded from Brookfield Properties.
