A man and woman were burned during a domestic dispute that spread to a car on a Washington Heights street early Tuesday.
The NYPD said that it stemmed from a domestic dispute.
The 27-year-old man is accused of starting the fire on Cabrini Boulevard at West 177th Street around 12:30 a.m.
