NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released surveillance footage Friday of a man accused of breaking into a woman’s Brooklyn home to kiss her early Thursday morning.
It happened at around 1:30 a.m., when the 43-year-old woman was asleep inside her residence located in the vicinity of Degraw and Smith Streets in Boerum Hill, authorities said.
