Group leaves man beaten in violent Sheepshead Bay carjacking

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a group of people responsible for a violent carjacking on Jan. 16 in Sheepshead Bay.

Police say the 27-year-old victim was approached by five people as he was sitting in his car on Coney Island and Guider avenues.

They engaged in a verbal argument and yanked the man from the vehicle. They began to punch and kick him, leaving him on the ground before speeding off in his car…
