At 11:29 a.m., a Hudson-Bergen Light Rail vehicle heading north made contact with a motor vehicle at the Paterson Plank Road crossing in Hoboken, NJ Transit said.
Video obtained by HudPost shows an SUV next to the train on the tracks, with a police officer tending to a person lying on the ground.
