NYC woman kills innocent moped driver in road rage incident

NEW YORK (PIX11) — A New York City woman may end up spending the rest of her life in prison after driving her car into a moped, killing the operator in a road rage incident.

Tiffany James was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison on Wednesday after being found guilty of murder, Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced.

“This defendant used her vehicle to hit a man driving a moped, whom she thought had collided with her car. The victim was sent flying across the Grand Concourse, causing fatal injuries,” said Clark. “I hope this sentence will give some sense of peace to the widow and children of this innocent victim.”…
