Rikers Island correction officer from Coram pleads guilty to falsifying workers’ compensation claim

Todd Faustin, 43, of Coram pleaded guilty to making a false health care statement in connection to a claim made about an incident at Rikers Island, according to the New York State Department of Investigation.

He agreed to pay both restitution and forfeiture, each to the amount of $370,336.79.
