Tampa Woman Faces Prison For Vicious Death Threats To New York Victim On Instagram

TAMPA, Fla. – A federal jury in Tampa has delivered a guilty verdict against 25-year-old Elizabeth Danielle Rowe, also known as Simon Roe, for transmitting a threat to injure through interstate commerce. The decision, announced by U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe, follows a trial that detailed a series of violent messages sent by Rowe to social media users across the country.

Evidence brought before the court showed that on January 24, 2025, Rowe targeted a New York victim, identified in court documents as A.A., with an Instagram message that read: “I am coming to kill you. I will kill your pets first while you watch. Die c*nt.”
