MINEOLA, N.Y. (PIX11) — A young New York dad has admitted to beating his 2-month-old daughter to death when he was frustrated with the child’s constant crying, authorities said.
Marlon Rabanales Pretzantzin, 21, pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree murder in the killing of his baby girl, Liseyda Rabanales-Barrios, in March 2025, according to the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.

“This is a horrific and inexcusable crime,” Nassau County District Attorney Anne T. Donnelly said.
