Gun, Crack, Heroin Found In Hoboken Apartment Bust After Dispute Call: Cops

Officers were called at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, to the 200 block of Harrison Street for a report of a physical dispute, with one person seen flashing a handgun, Marci Rubin, a Hoboken police spokeswoman, said in a news release.

Upon arrival, officers detained Tahjmir Mitchell, 21, police said. A search found Mitchell in possession of 24 bags of crack cocaine, six wax folds of heroin, and drug paraphernalia, Rubin said.

An on-scene investigation led to the arrests of Justin Villafane, 21, who was found with 20 wax folds of suspected heroin, and Thomas Bates, 38, who was in possession of a loaded Ruger semi-automatic handgun, Rubin said…
