MIDTOWN, Manhattan (PIX11) — Weeks after a massive fire forced multiple businesses to close in Brooklyn, owners are still recovering, and new emergency funding is helping them move forward.
For Aziz Musinov, March 19th changed everything. He watched his restaurant, Manti Express, go up in flames.

“We seen the whole big smoke,” said Musinov “NYPD with tapes out saying hey you can’t enter this area due to the fire.”
