A Valley Stream man is dead after violence erupted at a funeral service in Queens that escalated into fatal gunfire, according to the New York City Police Department (NYPD).
Richard Carter, 49, was attending a funeral at the Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York on Friday, April 10, police say.
