Teen accused of rush hour train shooting in Queens: NYPD

NEW YORK (PIX11) — A 16-year-old boy is accused of attempted murder in connection with a shooting on a crowded subway train in Queens.

Police arrested the teen Wednesday night after two days of searching after a 15-year-old boy was shot multiple times on a Manhattan-bound A train at 6 p.m. Monday.

Initially, the NYPD took two persons of interest into custody but released them shortly after the incident.
