BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man was sentenced to 72 months in federal prison after being convicted of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.
Rodney Pierce, 38, was sentenced Friday in federal court, according to the U.S. Attorney ‘s Office.
Investigators with the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit identified Pierce in February of 2020 as a person who had delivered cocaine for co-defendant David Burgin, prosecutors said. Authorities arranged a controlled cocaine purchase from Pierce, during which he was arrested…
