BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Cheektowaga woman has admitted to causing the death of a pedestrian in December 2025.
Jennifer A. Ortiz, 57 pleaded guilty Monday in Erie County Court to one count of Vehicular Manslaughter in the Second Degree.
