POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 2:50pm on June 18th after reports of a domestic incident and assault with injuries on Livingston Avenue and 30th Street in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller, a third party, told police that a male and female were fighting outside. The caller further told police that the female was holding an infant while the physical altercation was going on. This included the female hitting the male and the male hitting the female. The female was crying. The baby was hysterical.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male was arrested or if CPS became involved. No further information is available at this time…
