BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Thousands of motorists are going to be met with a construction site during their daily commute.
A $61.8 million project is now taking place on the I-190 from Exit 1 to Exit 5, going from three lanes of traffic to two lanes in both directions, north and south.
“For everyone who has driven this in the last few years, this is probably one of the worst structures we’ve had.
