BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Buffalo Zoo said it was the target of an unsubstantiated bomb threat Monday.
According to a statement from the zoo, they received the threat around 2:30 p.m.
Police investigated the grounds and found no evidence of dangerous materials; they deemed the call as “swatting,” or the act of reporting a fake emergency to draw a law enforcement response. These have been happening at zoos across the country…
