BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The 35th annual Macedonian Festival kicked off Friday in Hamburg.
The festival, which runs until Sunday night, is a celebration of Macedonian culture, filled with dancing, live music, traditional food, and more.
“I don’t think there is any event that has this many varieties of cookies, and of pastries, and of different foods that we present,” festival organizer Julia Kocovska said. “They are old recipes passed down for generations, and they’re delicious.”…
