BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The village of Williamsville will offer a great time for a worthy cause next week with the return of Old Home Days.
The event will be taking place Tuesday through Friday at Island Park, and money will be raised for the Jolly Boys’ Mission, supporting youth groups in the village as well as Amherst.
“All the funds that are raised at this event go right back into the community, 100 percent,” Old Home Days committee chairperson Dan Rizzo said. “Whatever we raise here at this event, we put back in. Even the tip jar in the beer tent, all those tips that we get go to charity … we pick two or three charities, that goes to them, so we encourage that also.”…
