BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Local gamers came together Saturday for a MassiveLAN event in Hamburg, raising money for a local charity.
The event was established in 2004, with many of the original members still involved.
“This event originated in the early 2000s. It was a group of friends who came together, who loved gaming and connecting their computers through a hard network line for a great gaming experience together on single servers, so really it’s grown from there to implement charities and really make a difference, and it’s grown to over 200 people now,” event organizer Laura Masse said…
