Nearly Two Decades After Beginning Operations, Western New York Contractor Files for Chapter 11

National Maintenance Contracting Corp. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The Niagara Falls, New York-based company has been offering construction and industrial services for nearly two decades.

Court records have not specified a reason that could have contributed to the filing. The Chapter 11 filing allows the company to continue operations while it works through the restructuring process.
