POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 9:53pm on July 9th on the 800 block of Willow Avenue in Niagara Falls after reports of a neighbor dispute.
The 911 caller told police that neighbors are throwing dog poop in his yard. The caller was annoyed because he could step in the poop. It smelled.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if either neighbor was arrested. No further information is available at this time…
