BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man pleaded guilty to a first-degree manslaughter charge Tuesday for shooting and killing another man on Roslyn Street in Buffalo last year, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Jaquan Terry, 28, shot and killed 32-year-old D’Anthony Barron while Barron was sitting in his car just before 1 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2025 on the 200 block of Roslyn, between Wecker Street and Lang Avenue on Buffalo’s east side. Barron drove a short distance before he died from his injuries on East Delavan Avenue.
Terry was originally charged with second-degree murder when he was charged in June 2025…
