(WNY News Now) – A 49-year-old Tonawanda man was charged with DWI and operating without insurance following a traffic stop in the Town of Cherry Creek on August 19.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop at about 6:16 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, in the Town of Cherry Creek for a traffic violation.
