BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Homeowners and businesses on Hertel Avenue are still feeling the impact Friday after flash flooding turned the roadway into a waterway Thursday evening.
“I left around 6:30 p.m.; it probably started up around 7 p.m., and I just received messages like, ‘Hey, did you check on your shop? Are you okay? Are you okay?’ and I’m like, it was fine when I left,” Owner of Second Nature Barber Shop and Salon Darla Jones said.
