POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 7:48pm on September 5th after reports of animal cruelty with injuries on 10th Street in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller told police that a female “kicked his dog down the stairs.” She then left the residence in the direction of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She was described as a white female with red hair and highly intoxicated. The dog sustained injuries as a result of the incident.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown whether the woman was arrested. No further information is available at this time…
