BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — High pressure will keep WNY dry through Tuesday with a return to high humidity and showers and t-storms on Wednesday. Hurricane Lowell will pass close to the Hawaiian Islands tonight. Lowell is a Category 2 storm with 110mph winds. Flash flooding ,damaging waves and high winds are expected in Kaui and Oahu later Monday night into early Tuesday.
