A Lockport man pleaded guilty Tuesday to causing a fatal head-on crash that killed a motorcyclist in Niagara County last year.
Nicholas J. DiCarlo, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree manslaughter. Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced the plea.
