Longtime Western New York broadcaster Tom Darro, host of WEBR Radio’s “Viewpoint,” has been named honorary parade marshal for the 2026 Niagara County Peach Festival parade. The annual trek will step off at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, traveling along Center Street in the Village of Lewiston as part of one of Niagara County’s most popular and longest-running community celebrations.
Darro has been a familiar voice to Western New York radio listeners for many years, and “Viewpoint” has provided a forum for conversations about the people, organizations and issues important to the region.
