BUFFALO, NY — Four separate investigations remain ongoing into a fatal crash that occurred Sept. 3 following a police pursuit.
The 20-year-old driver of a stolen vehicle had been released from state prison on parole July 27 after serving a sentence stemming from a 2024 incident in which he attempted to strike an Erie County Sheriff’s deputy with another stolen vehicle, according to The Buffalo News.
