According to TheStreet, Gordon Companies Inc. — an importer, wholesaler, and retailer of festive decorations and home décor located in a suburb of Buffalo, New York — filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York on Monday.
