BUFFALO, NY — An incarcerated individual at the Erie County Holding Center faces felony charges after authorities say he smuggled cocaine and fentanyl into the facility.
Alexander Rivera-Santiago, 42, of Buffalo, was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
