Ellicott Development purchased a three-story apartment building at 1125 Main Street from the WNY Veterans Housing Coalition on Monday for $1.5 million. The building is adjacent to vacant property at the southeast corner of Main and Best Street where the company is planning a mixed-use project. The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency is selling Ellicott a 0.23-acre parcel at 1127 Main Street needed for the project.
