BUFFALO, N.Y. – Parker’s Great British Institution is back in Buffalo – or at least, it’s coming back soon. “We’re absolutely chuffed to bits to announce that after a bit of a holiday Parker’s is making a great reopening,” the restaurant wrote in a Facebook post. “We have a brand new spiffing facility which will house Parker’s A Great British Institution and our much beloved proper fish and chips.”
