WEST SENECA, N.Y. – Two developers are hoping to bring a 30-unit apartment and townhome complex to 1425 Orchard Park Road in West Seneca. William Sahlem and Brian Hillery are asking the town to rezone the 3-acre property to allow for the construction of the complex, according to paperwork submitted to the town.
