(WNY News Now) – Buffalo, NY – Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that an 18-year-old male and 19-year-old male both of Buffalo, were arraigned on Friday morning before Buffalo City Court Judge Shannon M. Heneghan. Both defendants were charged with one count of Burglary in the Second Degree (Class “C” felony), one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree (Class “D” felony) and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree (Class “A” misdemeanor).
