AMHERST, N.Y. – Amherst Police and the NYS Missing Persons Clearinghouse are looking for the community’s help in locating 15-year-old Angel Phillips. Angel is described as a Black female with black hair, brown eyes, weighs 150lbs, and stands 5’3″ tall. She may also have silver streaks in her hair.
