Depew Police said they have one person in custody after Depew Public Schools closed three times this week due to threats of a school shooting.
Police said they have one person in custody and are looking into others who could have been involved. They said the threats are not credible and there is no threat to the school or students at this time.
They said it is an ongoing investigation.
