BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man is in custody after a shooting inside an Elmwood Avenue apartment complex Tuesday morning, a city spokesperson said.
Tuesday, at approximately 9:30 a.m., authorities said police responded to the scene at where a man had been shot inside an apartment. The shooting occurred at Elmwood Square Apartments, located at 505 Elmwood Avenue.
The shooting incident, authorities said, involved two men who were known to each other.
The victim, a 28-year-old Buffalo man, was transported to ECMC and taken into surgery for apparent non-life threatening injuries, authorities said.
