BUFFALO, N.Y. – A debt settlement company with an Amherst office is cutting all of its workers this month amid an ongoing lawsuit. Strategic Financial Solutions notified the state that it plans to lay off all 838 of its employees, according to a recently filed Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification.
