BUFFALO, N.Y. – Nearly a dozen new food and drink spots opened in April across Western New York – with many more coming in the next few months. Buffalo Business First reported on 11 openings, five closings and 26 projects under development, plus a dozen updates and trend stories. There were also a few business sales mixed in there.
