BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Buffalo Police Department is looking for the community’s help in locating 41-year-old Jeffery Takacs. Jeffery is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He stands at 6ft-tall and has a beard with a light complexation. Police reported that Jeffery was last seen wearing all black with black sneakers.
