WHEATFIELD, Niagara – Niagara County authorities were alerted on Monday morning that a lockdown alarm was triggered at Niagara Wheatfield Senior High School. When first alerted the cause was not yet known so the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department, New York State Police, and other officials went to secure the school.
