NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – Neighbors in Niagara Falls are seeking solutions as they deal with a rat problem that they say has gotten out of control. Local lawmakers are trying to tackle the problem and plan to hold a public forum on the topic at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18 at the LaSalle Public Library.
