A year after closing, the Towne Restaurant property at Allen and Elmwood Avenue has a new owner and a new use. Evergreen Health confirms it has purchased the property and is planning a pharmacy, dental practice and offices in the building. The 14,554 sq.ft. building is on a 0.36-acre lot and has 30 on-site parking spaces.
