Work is ongoing on The Colored Musicians Club’s renovation and expansion at 145 Broadway. The facility is a key component of the African American Heritage Corridor. The project includes restoration of the building storefront, an addition to the south, and renovations to the building’s second floor. New mechanicals, electrical and plumbing are being installed throughout.
